Love it! That is one seriously casual restaurant. But Jambuca is obviously a fabulous sous chef. Gordon Ramsay says the best chefs taste the food before they send it out, and he seemed to be doing a lot of that. :)
Great show! I would definitely tevo it (if I had one!) since they are most likely on before I can even consider turning the tv on. Miss C is already in bed but I plan to show this to her tomorrow!

Priceless!! You must have been smiling at them from behind the camera, because every time Jambuca looks up at you he breaks into a huge smile.
