That's the weirdest article I've read in quite some time. I'd imagine rosary beads would be dangerous to mix with a bike - they could get tangled up in the wheel spokes or who-knows-what.
If you ARE going to hang your rosary beads over the handlebars, let me get you a set of fuzzy dice to go along with them, too, and, maybe, a plastic Jesus to stick on the cross-bar would be nice, as well. Somehow, I do not anticipate any great improvement in driving behaviour world-wide as a result of these 10 commandments... but, I suppose we can give the Vatican an "E" for "Effort." Love,
